Rules before commitment

Stay terms, made readable.

These are the deterministic conditions used by Dalisara's fictional booking journey. For short answers, begin with the frequently asked questions.

Stay timing

Arrival, departure, and minimum-stay rules are checked before an accommodation can be selected.

Green Season check-ins require two nights; High Season check-ins require three nights; Festive Season check-ins require five nights.
If any stay night falls within Festive Season, the reservation must be at least five nights, regardless of check-in season.
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed.
Longer stays or parties requiring several accommodations are directed to the non-delivering Contact & Reservations path.

Published accommodation prices are mandatory all-in nightly rates in Philippine pesos.

Every stay night uses the rate for the season containing that calendar night; the check-out date is not a stay night.
Mandatory fictional taxes and service charges are already included. No arbitrary VAT, service, resort, destination, or mandatory surcharge is added later.
Optional services and applicable child supplements remain separate and are shown before simulated completion.
Accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, refillable drinking water, a welcome drink, scheduled group movement, standard non-motorised water equipment when conditions permit, Main Pool and fitness access, housekeeping, and turndown are included.

Discounts apply only to the accommodation subtotal; every payment amount remains fictional.

Rate-plan discounts do not stack and do not reduce child supplements or optional add-ons.
Flexible and Stay Longer use a 50% fictional deposit with the remaining 50% due on the cancellation-boundary date.
Advance Purchase is notionally prepaid in full, non-refundable, and permits no date changes.
No card or payment information is requested or processed anywhere in this portfolio simulation.

Flexible and Stay Longer use one date-only boundary: 14 calendar days before resort-local check-in.

Eligible date changes made on or before the boundary have no change fee, but new dates remain subject to availability, occupancy, minimum-stay rules, the Festive overlay, and recalculated seasonal pricing.
A later change request is treated as cancellation of the original non-refundable stay followed by a new booking attempt.
A no-show without a qualifying cancellation makes the final reservation total non-refundable.
Early departure does not refund unused accommodation nights or already committed child supplements and booking add-ons.

Availability is shown only when the party fits the category's approved capacity and bedding.

Grove Pavilions, Shore Pavilions, Family Pool Villas, and Dalisara Houses accommodate children within their category rules. Pool Villas are adults only.
Infants count toward physical occupancy but do not incur the child supplement; a complimentary crib never increases a category's capacity.
No rollaway or extra adult bed is offered. Only approved built-in child daybeds and permitted cribs support additional sleeping arrangements.
Pets are not accepted as a standard service. Travel with a trained service animal requires advance coordination.

Transfers are optional and sea-based plans remain conditional.

Standard transfer vehicles are not automatically described as wheelchair accessible; an appropriate vehicle requires advance coordination.
Marine and shore experiences depend on weather, safety, water conditions, and operator availability.
Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
If Dalisara notionally cancels an experience because of conditions, its fictional price is refunded or credited in full.
