Accessible accommodation
Two accessible configurations exist within the 32-accommodation programme: one Grove Pavilion and one Family Pool Villa. They remain part of their accommodation categories rather than separate room types.
- The Grove configuration includes step-free entry, wider clearances, a roll-in shower, grab bars, an accessible WC and basin layout, and an accessible terrace threshold.
- The Family configuration includes a step-free route, accessible primary bedroom and bath, wider circulation, and a roll-in shower.
- The Family Pool Villa's private pool is not claimed as independently wheelchair accessible.
Step-free public route
A firm, stable step-free route links arrival, reception, both accessible accommodations, The Shore Kitchen, Canopy Bar, Main Pool deck, accessible public restrooms, Wellness House, and Movement Pavilion.
- Accessible public restrooms are located in the Social Heart and near Wellness.
- The Main Pool deck is step-free and has a fixed pool lift or equivalent dependable entry solution.
- Mobility assistance receives priority for buggy transport.
Beach and sea
A firm boardwalk reaches the upper beach edge. Soft sand and sea entry remain natural barriers, and Dalisara does not describe the shoreline as fully barrier-free.
- A beach wheelchair is available on request with staff assistance.
- Independent wheelchair movement across all sand is not promised.
- Accessible swimming entry is not promised.
- Experience accessibility varies and should be discussed before planning.
Transfers and advance coordination
Standard transfer vehicles are not automatically described as wheelchair-accessible. Guests who need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle require advance coordination so the exact solution can be confirmed before travel.
- Some Shore Pavilions and Pool Villas include routes or small level changes not intended for independent wheelchair use.
- Specific features and limitations should guide the accommodation choice; no blanket 'fully accessible' claim is made.
Advance coordination
Ask the exact question before planning travel.
Features and limitations should guide the accommodation and transfer choice. The contact demonstration shows how a specific access question can be prepared without sending it to an operating resort.
